Being on the last floor you don’t get anyone above you, which means that it’s’ quiet. Even more so considering that the view is the forest.

Great winter getaway
The unit was clean, organized, and very well appointed and updated. The finishes were high end, the furniture in good condition, and the unit felt like home. Extremely convenient to the Blackcomb slopes and an easy walk to the Upper Village. Would definitely stay here again!

The building was in a good location and clean. Although we paid for parking it was worth it with good wide underground parking spots. It had 2 caged locked areas for storing bikes.
We loved the unit. Large enough for the two of us and the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked some meals and used the propane BBQ. The balcony faces trees which I liked. They helped buffer some noise and shade the unit and gave privacy.
The AC in the bedroom was very nice for sleeping.
I would definitely rent this unit again.

Quite despite being on the first floor
This unit (#113) is on the outside of the building, close to the slope, facing the woods towards the base. It was lovely and quiet. The unit has been remodeled, with updated appliances. The bed was not really a king, but two twins pushed together. But it was very comfortable. I've stayed at the Aspens many times, and would choose it again in a heartbeat.

Great condo for a couple. .
Great ski in / ski out location Restaurants just a short walk down the ski slopes. Pull out bed was not comfortable so our 3rd slept on the couch.
Nice ski / board valet serve at the lobby level. No hassle if skies in the units. Since is on the top floor the unit runs warm. Even with heat off. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic value!
We stayed in this Aspens upper unit in early April and found it to be just right! It was recently updated and the owners spent a little extra to make it nice and more modern. While it doesn’t have a view of the mountains or village, we found looking out at the tree tops much nicer than staring at another hotel. The pool and hot tubs were great, and it was fun to ski directly to and from the property. Everything worked, it was very clean, and a much better value than anything directly in the village. The 10 min walk to the main village was not a problem at all.
