Whistler Platinum review
We have stayed in this complex before and it's a great location for us. Unfortunately there was roofing repairs scheduled after our booking was placed but Whistler Platinum quickly identified it to us and offered a few options. We ended up staying at another similar property so I can't review this particular unit other than to say that this property is usually wonderful. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the team at Whistler Platinum. They responded to my email promptly and also called if I didn't respond to make sure I had what I needed. They texted to see that I had arrived and accessed the unit easily (with the clear instructions sent) and welcomed me virtually. I was comfortable corresponding with Luke and Emily while we were there and they made sure we had everything we needed. In general, I was really impressed with the attentiveness and support offered by all the team members. Well done and thank you!

Montebello perfect Family rental
Location, place and service with you was fantastic. Hot tub is key. Kitchen super well appointed. Only complaints were many neighbours dogs barking a lot and the beeping of the snow plow right outside bedroom all early morning but that is outside of the actual rental!

Best Townhome in Montebello
We have stayed in the Montebello complex for several years in different units. This is by far the best unit we have stayed in with regards, to layout, organization and cleanliness. Will stay again.
