SUMMARY

Taluswood Ridge #19 is a large, spacious and bright 2-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom townhome, which features breathtaking mountain views! You are literally just steps away from a day on the slopes with the ski-in, ski-out right by your door step! Finish your day on the hill by securely storing your gear in your private garage and relax in your private hot tub!

This home is spread out over 3 floors offering plenty of space for 6 people. The bottom level entry way is where you will find your single car garage in which you can unload all your ski or bike gear and safely store. Place your wet boots on the drier provided to make sure you start the next day off right!

Walk upstairs and you are welcomed by an open concept, clean and bright kitchen with heated floors, a 6-seater dining table and living area with a queen pull out sofa. You will also find a full bathroom on this main floor with heated flooring, perfect for those cold winter days. You can exit out the back door, which brings you to a patio featuring your private hot tub and BBQ. The living area opens onto a balcony where you can start your day in the sunshine enjoying your morning coffee or finish the day off with a glass of wine catching the alpenglow over the mountainous views! Equipped with a portable AC unit in the main living space only.

Ski down in the winter or bike down to the Creekside gondolas in the summer (See Whistler Bike Park website for current operating hours). Enjoy the perfect mix of quiet serenity and action-packed adventure with this as your home base!

BEDROOMS

Head further upstairs to your 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom can conveniently be made into 1 king bed or 2 twins and has a full en-suite bathroom with heated floors. Down the hallway you will find your in-suite laundry and primary bedroom with a queen bed which also offers a full en-suite with heated floors. This bright primary bedroom gets plenty of afternoon sun and you can enjoy the endless mountain views on your cozy window seat.

The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.

Spring Break at Whistler
We had a nice stay. The property is clean and well kept. The views are lovely. It should be noted that the one car garage is quite small. Our half ton pick-up truck barely fit. The ski in and ski out in the spring involves walking through mud and grass and some rough skiing down the mountain. Would be perfect in the winter with more snow.

Great location
True ski in /out for good skiers this is a great location. Good size rooms, great bedding and very well equipped kitchen. Only issue is the wifi isn’t really strong enough to work if you need to do video calls or work. Great agent who responded immediately!

Had a great experience staying here. The condo was very nice, great location, comfortable, and we loved the heated floors in bathrooms and kitchen! That was a huge bonus for this Texas girl! Couldn’t be more convenient to ski in/out however, I’m a beginner/timid skier and it was too difficult for me. Because of this we never actually utilized this amenity. We had also chosen not to rent a vehicle since I’d heard that it would be easy to shuttle around Whistler. This condo is a little too high on the hill to easily get to the shuttle stop at the bottom so we had to taxi everywhere we went which, at times, was problematic. This is not the fault of the property I only mention it as information for future tenants. Otherwise, the location is perfectly poised between Creekside Village and Whistler Village and we bounced between both. The concierge service was also a nice bonus and I appreciated the ease of communication and check in/out process. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay again, ESPECIALLY, if my skiing skills improve and I can utilize the ski in/ski out option.
