This bright and spacious townhouse is located in a superb setting, overlooking the Coastal mountain range and Fairmont Chateau Whistler golf course, and near the Upper Village lifts. The development is popular with skiers and golfers alike, and is also close to Lost Lake for summer and winter sports.

It offers ski-in access across the road (snow-dependent) or take the FREE village shuttle to lifts and village all year long.

It is a large and light-filled southwest exposure corner unit, with large panoramic view windows and high ceilings highlighting the mountain vistas from the living area.

It has a wonderful walk-out patio, leading to a gentle grassy slope - great for BBQ's in the summer and for the kids to toboggan on in the winter while you watch from inside! Enjoy the hot tub as you admire the views all around you from the beautifully-maintained grounds.

Take in beautiful sunsets over the mountains and the golf course as you relax on your private patio in the summer or from the comfort of the living room in the winter. There is a large stone wood-burning fireplace, great for you to curl up in front of with a glass of wine and a good book. The 2 bedrooms face the forested area behind the development, and are very private and quiet, with blackout blinds in the main bedroom perfect for a good night's sleep.

Located in the prestigious Benchlands near Chateau Fairmont Whistler and Four Seasons hotels, it is a peaceful and tranquil mountain retreat yet is remarkably close to all the shops, restaurants and services that Whistler has to offer. From here, it is an easy 10 minute walk to the Upper Village and slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, and 10 minutes further walk to the Main Village. The free village shuttle bus operates year-round, taking you to both Blackcomb base and Whistler village in just a few minutes, and the departure/return bus stops are located conveniently very close to the development.

Loved the location and size of the unit. The only drawback is that there are a lot of stairs to get to the unit from the parking lot. One of our group has mobility issues and the stairs were difficult.

Nice layout, direct walk in through out door path, real fire place, well equipped, super quiet. Convenient mud room to leave your equipment and jacket as you come in. Under ground parking (wide enough for car and trucks which is rare in Whistler!). And close enough you can walk to Portobello for coffee. 2 bedroom (1 master and a kids room with a bunk bed (double and single).

Ground floor apartment with amazing view
We loved this property for our stay in Whistler. It’s location is perfect, 5 mins walk to Lost lake for swimming which was ideal as Whistler was incredibly hot for our stay. It also has a great aspect looking onto mountains and a lovely green area out front. We loved using the provided BBQ and enjoying this space. It is also extremely well kitted out, you couldn’t want for anything more, thank you so much.

Beautiful views & relaxing locations near Valley Trail
Lovely spot near valley trail if you are walking & biking. Our kids loved the proximity to the trails. Totally functional 2 BR unit for a small family, bedrooms are a bit small but get the job done. Not super posh furnishings or decor, but wonderful cozy setup for a family or small group of friends. If you love lush views, and want a tranquil Whistler setting that is pretty close to village & overlooks the golf course, this is a great option.

Comfortable, beautiful condo!
We loved this property. So comfortable with kids - they loved playing in the snow right outside the patio door. The hot tub was a big hit! The layout of the condo was perfect, it was cozy and well appointed with a beautiful view! Our only complaint was the verrrry squeaky bed in the main bedroom. And there is a spot light outside the main bedroom window that lights the common path, but it made for quite a bright room for sleeping despite closed blinds. Nav was amazingly quick and diligent at responding to any questions! We will be back!

Perfect family getaway
This unit was exactly what we were hoping for. Super clean, spacious with a nice layout and close enough to everything we needed. We skied all 3 days of our stay - just a short drive to Blackcomb lots where you can park for free. Adults could have walked, but with kids, driving was ideal. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds too!

Great location!
Would definitely stay here again. We were very happy with the cleanliness and accuracy of the property. Thankfully, we had a rental car so we drove to the hill every morning which was less than a 5 minute drive. (The shuttles were on strike)

Wonderful Stay!
Everything was just as described/pictured and the owners were very responsive in answering questions. It was clean, quiet and well stocked. The views from the living area are amazing. And we enjoyed the outdoor patio and grill. The close proximity to the Valley Trail is so nice for biking and walking. We hope to return very soon!

We loved the quiet location very close to Lost Lake. Easy walk to the Upper Village. The unit was very comfortable and had everything one would need for their stay. A couple minor issues - everything (kitchen items, linens, furnishings etc.) has been very well used. The master bed was also extremely squeaky.

You are right across from the ski trail leading to the Lost Lake skiing network. So convenient! Our children loved roaming in this place — there was so much space, toys and no downstairs neighbours to worry about. And this place has a terrific Weber grill.
