The one thing I did not like was the constant selling they did. We kept saying no to the membership they offer and kept trying to show us other things. It was a waste of time and last half of the day when we could have been out doing something else.

Sewer smell outside, air conditioner, was not properly working in all resort-water was leaking all over. On rainy days they are not prepared for water all over inside and outside over 12 inches of water, we saw people falling from Slicky floors, we had to take shoes off just to go to restaurant where our reservation was made because they were was gonna charge us $200 for not going. All rooms needs to be completely remodeled because faucets are leaking. Sewer doesn’t work properly. All wood furniture stinks so bad because it’s over 30 years old already. I saw a lot of dirty glasses for juices in buffet. Looks like nobody cares about it, I told waitress about it. Sand on the beach was always dirty, no one looks like cared about. It was too much piles of the seaweed needed to be taken away.

This was really good place for a family of 5. Overall we all enjoyed ourselves. The kids said the food was "mid" and I have to agree. The room was also very basic. We're not boujee so we made the best of it. The shows, and kids club were great. I highly reccomend getting a massage at the spa, booking an excursion to Chichen Itza and a Centoe, and taking the bus or scooters around to explore outside the resort. Our favorite thing was when we booked the pirate ship. Also be prepared to be approached everywhere you go, to sign up for a tour of some sort, or purchase something. This wasn't our first time in Cancun, so we already knew that. We politely declined most of it. But I will say that the people here are mostly friendly and are some of the hardest working people I've I've met. Tip them. It makes a difference in their lives. Would we go back? To Cancun, yes. At an Oasis hotel? Yes.

The hotel was nothing special, rooms were outdated, TV with no internet and only spanish channels. Fixed shower no option to shower the kids, shower had had to be 20 years old, bathroom was ok otherwise, the rest of the hotel was so so, food was as well so so, they try to sell you Timeshare on the 2nd day you are there... just refuse the presentation from the start they offer you free massage or something else, just say no... 17K for a time share plus montly payment for $350 to get two vacations.. no thank you deal got sweeter and sweeter the more time you say no.. just walk out if you start over all average the whole experience definitely would not go back to this place

Worst hotel ever. Not so all inclusive, everything has extra cost. Rooms seem like they are going to fall apart. For dining you have to make reservations through the app which are always fully booked. But they however do have reservations if you pay a fee per person. Would never stay here again!

There was nothing I liked about this resort. Personal and staff were rude, food such as fruits were not fresh and fried food looked and tasted nasty. My family and I were not able to reserve any restaurants to eat in the evening because everything was booked 48 hours prior, so we never had a chance to try them. When I ask about this to the reception they told me nothing could be done. Lines for the buffet around 10pm were extremely long and we waited for over an hour. This was the WORST resort I had stay in my lifetime of traveling. I would NOT RECOMMEND this resort to anyone. Please stay away from booking here is you wish to enjoy your stay in Cancun
