I travel frequently and this resort is a gem! Right from the initial contact with our butler Ricardo we began to enjoy ourselves. He made things very easy and catered to our every need. The food experience was great, many options. The beach was phenomenal! It was so sandy and well kept and the water was a beautiful blue! The parrties at the rooftop pool were more than we expected, and the nitely activities were very fun! The maids were very attentive to keeping the suite spotless. We"ve already discussed going back in May for my birthday and I haven't even unpacked from this trip! 🙃

Loved the property cleanliness and decor. Food was wonderful and service was great. Activities at the pool were fun and service was wonderful. Fernanda was very sweet and nice to visit with. Room was comfortable and maid service was very good. The elevators get warm with a lot of riders, could use a fan or air conditioning in them. Overall, one of the best hotels we've stayed in, in Cancun. No need to buy Diamond status, made reservations for dinner on the app, no problem. Fun games at the pool, different every day. Will definitely be back for another stay.

We loved the property but my only point - make certain before you go to check your room type. We had requested King Bed but we got a Double bed instead. They did move us to the King Bed after the first day but that was the only bummer. Check the room type BEFORE you arrive.

Not what I expected.
I reserved a king bed and got there early to make sure I had the request fulfilled Meanwhile I noticed and confirmed with staff that hotel was only at 30% occupancy so I was sure our request was a certainty but as we checked in we were denied that option. Very disappointed
