We stayed here one night and were put by the elevator and ice machine. it was so loud. the second night we were there we stayed on the top floor and at 6 am sounded like someone was walking on the roof. this also was like this at around 10ish other than that the staff were very helpful

We stayed here in January while we skied. The staff were friendly and helpful with anything you asked. The cost per night was real good value. However, this hotel is at the far end of Banff Avenue away from the main hub of restaurants, grocery stores etc. With that in mind, our next stay will be closer to the centre of town.

Loved the patio with 2 hot tubs, a cold plunge, and a sauna! Lots of room to hang out outside and inside, and the staff are very kind. Big rooms with very comfy beds.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the cafe. Very delicious and enjoyable. The area was walkable to a few dining establishments so that was nice. Only downside was the parking garage was not useable due to broken door, otherwise good experience.

I enjoyed the shared outdoor lounge area with Sauna, cold plunge and hot tubs, however I would encourage the hotel staff to be more vigilant in the evenings to ensure guests do not bring glassware into the area where people are walking barefoot!

This was our first time staying at the Canalta and we would stay there again. It was clean, friendly staff, check in and out was fast and easy. Continental breakfast was very good, from 6am to 10am. They provided s’mores every night for the guest, that was a little sweet treat after our dinner out. Hot tubs was clean. Price was reasonable.
