"this hotel was excellent - for family and adults also - the cleanliness is above expectional - they are always cleaning swepping the floors - all the staff have a smile - always ready to help - the food at the buffet is great - the food at the restaurant was great - no reservations required - you can wear shorts and dress sandals - a plus for me. can you imagine I'm in Mexico and the staff went out of there way to show a Montreal Canadiens game on the giant screen at the bar - even thought there were games for the March Madness. I would recommend this hotel....the only down side - is if you are a smoker - you can't smoke on the site - you have to go to the front of the building to smoke - off the site - I don't care because I don't smoke....!!!!"
