Pros: Mattress/pillows very comfortable - Shower great temp/pressure - room and hotel clean - nice view of river - Easy parking - revolving restaurant has delicious brunch $62/adult Cons: Bedding consisted of 2 sheets and 1 hospital blanket, no comforter. Extra blanket supplied was a thin fleece that was barely width of mattress. - TV had only basic cable that only half channels worked on and the channels that did work often muted themselves. TV also small, maybe 27" at most - parking is unheated and $25/night - can't access hotel from parking garage, separate elevators. - housekeeping only every third day Overall, would not rebook. Not worth price, other than shower the room was not very comfortable.

The property is a little datesld and worn. The front desk person was friendly as was the bellman. We self parked as it is cheaper than parking in the same lot via the hotel.

Pretty basic hotel, rooms are outdated but clean. There was only one outlet by the bed, under the middle of the head board, with no cover on it.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Would have been nice to not be so close to the elevator or Valentine’s Day but otherwise it was great.

The property is close to many downtown amenities and this is why we chose it; however, it is extremely outdated, the bedding is scratchy (and just a double bed), the towels are small and creature comforts were lacking or missing (our room did not even have a fridge). My evening shower was cold. It also does not include a free continental breakfast which many competitive hotels do. The view from the room was lovely and the staff were helpful/friendly and it was definitely more economical than some of the other hotels in the area. I think a little extra money could give a person a lot more though and I think the next time we will try a new hotel.

The rooms are showing their age at the Chateau. The parking rates are also a little steep for this area.

The staff was good but this hotel needs to do some upgrading. This was the worst bed I ever slept in….extremely lumpy and soft. When I went to open the curtains, they fell down! The parking is under slow construction so it was a mess.

We love this hotel because it is close to Roger’s Place. It is walking distance to shopping and restaurants in the area. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the views are impressive.

Nice rooms, great view. Ask for a room away from the elevator. It makes a lot of noise.

Very dark in the room, even with all the lights on. Lack of plug ins. Could hear custodial staff arguing in the hallways every day.
