The property was close to family and decently cleaned. However nothing worked and there was no service unless you went downstairs. Tv wasn’t working so no amenities. No upgrades or perks for using my credits.

What I liked about the chateau nova the location ideal for hwy rd travel and convenient to access services food,drinks ,shopping My stay had a few hiccups in regards to having hot water available on tap the team at chateau nova did great at damage control. Hotel dining options were amazing the food and the staff are the reason I will return
