"I cannot say enough good to describe Ocean Maya Royale! It is way over the top and deserves a perfect score! Definately a 5 Star Resort! We felt welcomed before we arrived! We had many questions which were promptly answered on emails back and forth and in fact I felt almost embarrassed for asking so many questions however I was reassured each time that they were there to answer anything I asked. Thank you so much! Right away we knew this was the place for us to celebrate a family vacation for my husband's 70th birthday!! We are frequent travelers and have been to many different countries on cruises, land trips, all inclusives, etc but the Ocean Maya will resonate in our memories for years to come and exceeds any cruise or all inclusive we have ever taken. We raved about this so much to our friends after the trip that they now want to go too,especially after seeing all our pictures and hearing about our experiences. Even the YouTube videos of Ocean Maya doesn't do it justice...its even better!!! Wow!!! We were welcomed as soon as we arrived. We checked in immediately and they answered all our questions and staff took us to our room. Upon entering our room we were surprised to find a birthday cake for my husband and rose petals, towels, robes and slippers. The mini bar is filled daily with 2 beer, pop and water. The restaurants, entetainment, pools, bars, activities are awesome! You will never be bored! A special sound out to Kenndell for making this trip so memorable!"

"WOW! I'd like to start by saying I've vacationers at very nice all inclusive resorts in Cancun and Puerto Vallarta previously, but they don't even come close to the experience I had with Ocean Coral and Turquesa. I work for the Better Business Bureau, and spent 8 days as a single mom here with my 12 year old daughter. I have never felt so safe, genuinely loved, protected, and absolutely spoiled before in my life! Right from the start- Daniel at the front desk checked us in and my daughter instantly had a new bestie (he even upgraded us to an ocean view room free of charge)! The room itself was clean, huge, and the balcony was huge as well. It was always cleaned and restocked promptly. The Food OH MY GOODNESS! Everything was so fresh and the flavors (my daughter didn't even know grapes and watermelon had seeds until this trip). However, the staff is really what elevated this experience the most! Carol and Samantha always greeted us with genuine warm smiles and asking what our plans were for the day as they walked us to our table and pulled out our chairs - being a single mom - this is the first time my daughter really got to experience what "being treated like a lady" feels like. And I cannot send enough thanks or hugs to Luis and Deisy! They were always encouraging my daughter to test her Spanish skills with them and teaching her new words - they even brought her special mexican bows for "international child day". "

"There is a lot of great wildlife on the property as it is right beside Xcaret. Having two private entrances to Xcaret is great as it takes many days to fully appreciate everything in Xcaret. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Lunch and breakfast food selection options were great. Dinner selections were very varied. For the most part the property is kept very clean but could do better job picking up cans and glasses around the pool areas at the end of each day as you found the odd ones still around the next morning. The bartenders are not very good making the fancy cocktails as they should be made but they do not skimp on alcohol. Service in the al la carte restaurants was not consistent but upon request they were responsive. This was our 3rd time at this hotel and overall we would return again."
