The only respectable thing about this stay was the manager. His staff, two young men were more interested at looking at the young women. Instead of helping me properly The second day. Not enough towels. No hooks or bars to hang used towels. The shower design poor and water spilled over onto the bathroom floor which flowed into the main room. Only plus of this property is its location.

Stayed for one night as a quick trip to visit Miami Beach and go to Miami Heat game with family of 4 (2 kids 12,15yo). Had a 2 x queen room. The hotel is in a very convenient location only a 5min walk to the beach and near lots of eateries and shopping. Staff were friendly. Room was small for 4 people - but adequate for a couple of nights. Definitely rates for convenience!!

Hotel was great, room was small, but nice, clean and comfortable. The location was great if you're taking the key west bus only a block or so away, and plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to very quickly. Only complaints, the AC is a wall unit and super loud, but kept the room very cool. The shower is nice, but took forever to get any hot water and never really got hot, just warm. Parking is tough (really for anywhere in Miami), only option is valet at $42/day. Service was excellent, and the hotel has some cute little lounge areas.

Worst and dirtiest hotel ever!
Worst stay ever! So gross! The room was covered with dirts everywhere. They never clean the room. There are lots of dirts in layers on the chandelier, lamps, baseboards and everywhere else. There is no exhaust fan in bathroom, making the whole room very humid all the time. The fan smells so bad because they never change the filter. We all got coughs when staying inside due to the very bad air quality and first. And, there is no shower door in the bathroom! Seriously? Yes! No shower door!!!
