Find a cheap Hotel in Ocean Ridge Estate

"My experience with this hotel was that it was dirty and outdated staff wasn’t too friendly! Only waiting staff were accompanying they made my stay welcoming! We had friends waiting to get room for over 1hr and they had to come to our area to wait for their rooms! We seen roaches in the elevator! We had to drag our luggage past guests who were eating! The walk to our rooms were long to carry our carry on! Food was never available at night but we stayed at the main hotel where all other guests could get food and it was never available! We complained about this and nothing was done! I enjoy RIU hotels but this by far was my least favorite! "

"We loved the beach area and the protected inlet; it was like a giant, warm pool with small fish swimming around. Theres lots of shade or sun areas, and the bbq is really good! The staff everywhere are SO friendly and helpful. Please treat them with respect!! Shoutouts to Shevar- (Lifeguard), Smiley and everyone at the (pool bar and snack bar), Novlette (waitress). The food is amazing, lots of vegetarian options and weekends are traditional Jamaican cuisine. The restaurant can get really crowded so be prepared. Rooms are lovely, very spacious, clean and comfortable with a cute little balcony with sitting area. Great location, would highly recommend this resort!"
