Avoid at all cost
The room wasn't clean, we found spider Web everywhere, the chair inside our room was brown and dirty. The blanket on the bed had holes. At the restaurant our food was mediocre and we got charged for drinks we never had, our waiter wasn't paying attention. The staff gives attitude if you want to change the sheets and request towels. The room service emptied the garbage inside the room but didn't fix the room during our stay, no new towels as well, we had to ask. The pool was dirty. Really disappointed in JARO and we do not recommend staying at that hotel --------- Par où commencer... la chambre n'était pas propre, on a trouvé des toiles d'araignées partout, la chaise dans notre chambre était brune et sale. La couverture sur le lit avait 2 gros trous. Comment pouvez-vous offrir une chambre comme celle-là aux clients, ça me dépasse. Au restaurant, notre nourriture était médiocre et on nous a facturé des boissons qu'on n'avait jamais bues, notre serveur ne faisait pas attention. C'est difficile d'avoir de nouveaux draps et nouvelles serviettes. Piscine sale!
