Like - clean, functional, new Slightly sad - Nothing extra special despite JW Check-in at front reception: very nice and amazing ; later on last day sloppier staff and duty manager, Saurabh had to jump in to fix a slight issue I had. But for him, I would have wasted a lot of time.

Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to concierge to the lounge folks. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location, steps to the ferries to Granville Island. Excellent overall experience. Would definitely stay again.

Great property! Great location! A couple of things... we received 2 for 1 coupons to use at the 24/7 casino restaurant. Absolute chaos! Staff had no idea how to accept them leading to a 30 minute wait at the till to receive our food. Also, imagine a casino with no free coffee...bizarre... The ridiculous charge of $50 to self park is insane!
