Location is convenient , surrounded with restaurants, once inside the hotel is safe feeling. The lifts to rooms secure, the room is clean n neat, that is what I need . Basically inside the hotel is better than outside!

Without a doubt this has to be one of the worst, unclean and sketchiest hotels I have ever stayed in. 10/10 I would never recommend this place. I checked in for one night when I first arrived in town, unfamiliar with the area. The first read flag was the drunk brawl on the sidewalk outside. After checking in I went up to my floor and found a sex toy and used condom in the hallway. I should have turned around and left at this point but against my best judgment, I continued to the room. I was exhausted after a long flight and wanted rest. However, upon arriving at my room I found multiple roaches crawling throughout the restroom. I was almost tired enough to ignore it all and fall asleep BUT the noise from the club next door was so loud that I couldn’t even do that. I tried checking out no less than 20 minutes after I arrived, but the front desk informed me that my booking was nonrefundable and I would have to pay for this biohazard of a hotel room regardless. Avoid this place at all cost.

Clean property with great service. The room and hallways are a bit dated but don’t really affect my stay. Proximity to the train and how walkable it was to other areas I needed to go were great. Only about 20 min walk after my concert at Rogers Arena - by the time you walked far enough from the crowds to grab an Uber, it was just a little more to walk back to the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Families Beware! Firstly, you have to pay for parking and they ask for your keys incase they need to move your vehicle to another location! But that wasn’t my issue. The hotel says that they have cribs. They do not. They have pack and plays WITHOUT the mattress part. They expected my one year old to sleep on the bars of the pack and play, and their solution was to add blankets and pillows to the bottom of the pack and play. I guess they’ve never heard of safe sleeping conditions. And honestly it wouldn’t have protected her from the bars anyways. When I told them it wouldn’t work and the pack and plays were garbage without the hard bottom, the man looked at me like I was being difficult. In addition, the area is not conducive to families. There are multiple bars across the street that do not close until 3-4am. The loud noises, the sirens— they didn’t stop until those bars closed. And honestly, the crowds the neighborhood attracted didn’t make me feel super comfortable having the kids out after dark. The restaurant had good breakfast but the restaurant doesn’t have high chairs. If you have young kids, just steer clear or come prepared!

The door to our room didn’t lock, our fridge didn’t work therefore milk and cream we bought went bad. There are night clubs on both sides of the hotel so if you visiting on the weekend or when the clubs are open you will have a hard time sleeping from 12 am to 330 am. The gym is not located in the hotel. It’s a public gym down the street and around the corner. The room didn’t feel clean or smell clean. Granville street is pretty sketchy as well. The positive is the bed was actually really comfortable.
