Nice experience in a budget. In an area close to restaurants and shops. Pretty quiet. Very nice staff. Decent basic accommodations. Fridge and microwave in room.

Perfect for single nights stay, only 6-7 minutes away from McMaster university which was great. Very clean room. Park near your room. Highly recommend if you are travelling and need a temporary room to stay at with affordable prices

I have seen both good and bad comments about the condition of the rooms. I was in the “addition” I.e. the 6 rooms at the back past the glass doors. These seem to be newer, and was quite clean and bright and fantastic value for the money. They must have had a lot of scammers, because the whole deposit/photo of ID card/signing the credit card receipts seemed a bit much.

The price/quality is fair. Do not expect Sheraton or Marriott here. It is a place to shower and sleep, period. Yes there is a mini fridge and a small microwave and that's it. No eating space and only one chair in the room. But quiet, calm (room#14) and clean. I will come back.

The room could use some changes but overall it was clean and quiet. Preferred the bright ceramic floors to the dirty carpet of most hotels. Good value for money. I would go back.

If you don’t look to close…
Hotel is functional. The rooms look good but upon closer inspection seem like a DIY job that needed a little more care for the last 10%. Some things need repainted or should have been cleaned up better during the install.

Overall the stay was just alright. The doors barely closed and the lock didn’t seem secure, and there were stains on the bedding and walls. There was some confusion with the staff, however if I was in the area I would stay again.
