They don’t tell you there is no elevator until after you book. The best place to be to get to the third floor has minimal parking available so it was full. Had to park on opposite side of hotel and walk up three flights with luggage and around building to get to room. Then staff doesn’t reset clock so was awoken at 6 am by alarm clock in room going off. I had checked in around 11:30 pm after being up at 7 am and driving all day. Not appreciated. Finally able to get back to bed when get a text message at 8 advising of online checkout. Fill out checkout for 11 am and try to go back to bed. At 10:30 housekeeping comes knocking on door. What’s the purpose of online checkout if you’re not going to honor the time I put? For the price charged, no amenities that pertain to me and no breakfast included this hotel is overpriced. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The shower drain wasn’t draining when we used the shower. So that’s gross. We told the front desk when we checked out hoping for so sort of compensation. Nothing was offered.

Worst front desk I have ever seen. Rude after ignoring the only guest in front of them, could not find the reservation until corrected on wrongly entering information. Told to call the national number and then once done turns out they could have done it directly there all along. Really was looking forward to this and massively disappointed. Will not recommend this location to anyone. The room itself was decent and we liked the kitchen. The pool was good too and indoor. Too bad about the staff.

We were from Toronto visiting Victoria, BC. Had an amazing one night stay st this hotel. Downtown/tourist spots are 5 minutes drive away. Having a kitchenette is a plus as we were able to cook our own food, thus saving us from eating outside. Great service, amenities and location!

This motel BARELY passes the most basic tests. Parking is inconvenient. Rooms are all accessible to the outside - you have to walk up the outside stairs to get to your room. The entire complex is dirty and falling apart aside from the inside of the rooms which are ok’ish but they slapped lipstick on a pig and are charging way too much. Face it this is a 2 star motel and I give it a 4 out of 10

Everything was nice and clean, bed was very comfy, A/C worked great. The only downfall (and it was very minor) was the fact that there was an extra soap holder in the shower. It was higher up on the wall, which would be great if you had problems bending down, but because of where it was, we both kept hitting our upper arms on it every time we moved! Hardly a big deal though! And the water temp in shower changed a few times, I'm guessing from close rooms turning their water on or off, but again, not a big deal. There is an attached pub, food was just ok, it came from an outside source, so it wasn't especially hot, because a guy kept coming in from ourside with everyones food. I have no clue where it came from! There was a live band, even on a Monday, so that was fun. Children are not allowed, though, which seemed a bit weird since it's the only food place that's attached to the hotel, but again, it didn't bother us. Other than that, all was great, and we would definitely stay there again.

The location was nice and close to downtown Victoria. We could walk down to the ocean at low tide which was nice. The room was really dirty and our feet were black from the floor. TV did not work.

Our first room had a crock pipe in it and was dirty they moved us to another room and the sink was backed up the bathtub was backed up and there was silverfish crawling all over the place we weren't very happy
