This property is outdated. The wait staff were very kind and pleasant. We attended for a promotion and cost for what I paid was not what I expected. I had to remind we wanted to celebrate my Mom bday twice as they asked prior but did nothing as I have seen in other locations. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend to stay until this is remodeled and provide other optioms to see othwr partner locations to visit.

Stay was great. Although a bit far away from the hotel zone, it’s located near the bus stop. Felt safe in the resort. Food could definitely be better as it was a bit bland with less varieties.

Amazing property, but a not so amazing service.
The property was amazing, with a really great ocean view and great pools. But the buildings were really old and not really clean. Firstly, the check in and check out times were really weird. The check in time was at 4 pm and check out at 10am. This makes it really hard for people staying for a single night to really take advantage for anything the resort has to offer, since most stuff is timed outside/very close to this time window. Also the service was not the greatest. Room service asked us to collect stuff directly from the deli when we asked for small stuff like coffee creamers. There were many small stuffs that room service could have done, but did not. Lastly, the food wasnt that good. It was overpriced, but didnt really feel like i got the value for my money. The quantity was great, but the protein felt dry and bland. The fries were soggy. Overall I'll give a 5 star for the location and property. But a three star for everything else.

The amenities were wonderful. The food was not good. The beachfront and ocean view villa were the best part. The property matches the online pictures. It is located close to the Cancun airport. I would recommend this property to single travelers, couples, and families.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FRONT DESK MANAGER. I would NOT recommend this hotel for those seeking a positive experience in Cancun. The facility is nice BUT the staff — in particular the front desk manager — do not have ethics. Hotels.com offers a deal for breakfast and the hotel disputes it?! Do NOT select any options in the apps for meals or any add-ons. You are getting conned/scammed. If you like the hotel and want to stay, just get your room and that is all. Do NOT trust add-on offers for meals, etc. offered up in the apps. You will likely just end up losing that money due to the hotel’s unethical practices. Just get your room from the apps and pay for other things on-site.
