Good value option in an upscale setting.
The parking is outdoors about a minute from the covered entrance. That is something to consider during inclement weather. We had supper and breakfast at the on site restaurant. The meals were delicious. The service very good. Registering at the front desk was straight forward. We found the king size mattress firm but comfortable. Access to the very narrow balcony was impossible due to the limitations on the sliding door. Proximity to shopping, restaurants, and major roads is very good.

The staff is not friendly at all. No restaurant at service for lunch. Very cold atmosphere. No bellboy service when we arrived. Only one front desk lady, she is the only happy person in the hotel that the guests felt comfortable.

Check in terrible. Key for room did not work twice. Takes a long time to get back to desk re slow elevator. Room outdated and poorly designed especially bathroom.
