This place was ok, only choose to stay here if it’s your last choice!! The restaurant they have is horrible, i ordered the breakfast meal and it was like getting a frozen meal that they had just microwaved. My mom saw and quickly killed a cockroach in our room. The staff are friendly and helpful though. Overall, this place was ok.

Its downyown and the valet parking takes forever but the property and staff are very nice and helpful. Room service is good and tye rooftop pool area and view are very nice, coupled with affordability and its a great stay.

Location of the hotel is not safe at night
the zone is not safe at night for families an adults. too much noise in the room. our room was facing the street. we requested 3 times a change of room and they did not accomodate. they want it to do it on our last day. the shower looked dirty

It was Canadian standards clean and walking distance to historic Center and market. The restaurant was very practical, prices reasonable and food very good, We only tried their breakfasts but they had a good variety in their menus. The mattress was too soft for me but the staff gave me multiple blankets so I could make a reasonably comfortable sleeping surface on the vinyl plank floor. I was disappointed that all the mattresses in all the rooms were soft and I was not able to transfer to a room with a firm mattress.
