Pros: Location and beds are very comfortable. Cons: front desk not friendly, Hallways are dark, lights turn on with sensor, somewhat creepy if you're alone. The blind in room was torn I don't understand why it has not been changed.

This place was beautiful and beyond my expectations the beds are a little hard but not so bad they actually fixed my back, the pillows are so soft i would definitely stay here again. My only thing is customer service can improve. The girls in the front desk wont even greed you if you dont greed them i find it a little off just because this hotel is amazing with everything else. Food from the cafeteria is delicious and affordable they have a 24 hour room service. This hotel is close to everything from restaurant, shopping and museums downtown centro de guadalajara is very convenient and safe. In the morning the lady that cleans rooms haves a beautiful talented voice shes in the wrong field. Overall i enjoyed my week stay from California. Att: the rooms dont have an iron Or a closet to put your clothes. But if you are like me and dont mind this place is definitely the one.

Staff were outstanding. Ultra fast check in and out. Convenient restaurant at the site. Dislike the noise created from other guests during sleeping hours when they slams the door of their rooms in addition to talk aloud in the hall. Hotel Dali's dministration should take of this annoying issue ASAP. Ignore why there are no windows in some offered rooms; a little scare if there is a potential an unwanted fire without sprinklers on the ceiling. Otherwise. I loved my stay in hotel Dali Plaza Ejecutivo.

I think is a great hotel, but I believe that every room should have a window so that you can have fresh air. My room has a small window that had the view of the parking garage. I also didn’t appreciate they say “laundry facilities” when in fact the don’t have them - they have dry cleaning services, which are not the same.

I loved that the hotel was so close to the Centro Guadalajara metro station. It took me 15 minutes to leave my hotel room on the 4th floor to get to the metro station. Depending on which room you get, you're also greeted with a beautiful view of downtown Guadalajara. The staff were very kind and approachable, some are bilingual.

No vuelvo a regresar a este hotel el personal de noche es muy prepotente y grosera para atender principalmente la chica de cabello corto que atiende en recepción por la noche. Me hicieron llevar mi camioneta a otro hotel el cual las calles cercanas no son muy seguras y tuve que exponer a mi familia. La persona del aseo me dejo sin rollo parte del dia y parte de la noche y todavia se moleta por que sali a buscarla para que me diera rollo. El hotel esta bonito solo deberían decirle al personal y capacitarlo y mencionarles que cobran nuestra estancia y no es gratis para que atiendan de esa forma.
