The place was impeccable, the service was tremendous, and my wife and I purposely extended our stay, but were forced to book a room across the street for one night before coming back to the property and completing our stay in Vancouver.

Excellent base in Vancouver. Very nice and quiet pool, well appointed rooms, very high standard of housekeeping - really exceptional. Best of all though, incredibly knowledgeable and insightful bartended who guided me through cocktails I’d never heard of, their history and mixology, really first rate service.

The staffs are very inefficient, they take their time to resolve the issue. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning, the room was freezing. I called the front desk, they said they will send a technician to take a look within 20 minutes. We have waited more than 1 and half hour, nobody showed up. I called the front desk several times, they didn’t bother to take the phone calls. I am very disappointed with their service, especially for a hotel of 5 stars.
