The place is a little dated, and the breakfast was horrendous. No bacon they had this turkey sausage that I wouldn’t feed my dog. But overall for the price has everything you need for a stop over.

The toilet won’t flush! No housekeeping repair person available till 9 in the morning. So we were given a plunger to clear it. At least it didn’t overflow!

Excellent hotel but when booking with Expedia I thought there was a hot tub, but when I got there the front desk clerk informed me that there wasn’t. That was quite disappointing.

We booked a one night stay in light of our early morning flight. It was clean. Easy to find. Easy parking. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and professional. As a business hotel for people flying out of Pearson, it is a great and affordable option

Pretty shabby and depressing rooms. The AC was super noisy and sounded like a Ford F-150 engine revving every time it turned on. Had to run the fan without AC in order to sleep. The fridge was broken, iced up, and made an annoying high pitch sound, so I had to unplug it. Finally the breakfast was pretty terrible, the worst or among the worse hotel breakfast I've ever had. Staff at reception were nice though and accommodating. Ultimately I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel; would also be hesitant to stay at any Best Western in the future.
