It has a 65" TV, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (Oven/range), a large fridge, a microwave, and all kitchen dishes and flatware, including a granite counter and a separate washer and dryer. It has a dining area with a Living room and a good-sized bedroom with a queen-sized bed, streaming TV, and wireless network electronic keypad entry
Close to highway, Site Suncor, Syncrude, and CNRL bus stop 5 min away. 10 min to Downtown.
Please reach out to get a side entrance keyless entry lock code. So you can come and go as you please. Tap on the Schlage logo to activate the keypad. Pull the door outside while the lock disengages.
No walking with shoes on the stairs and in the house helps keep our floor in good shape. Disposable slippers supplied free of charge

Smoking or vaping is not permitted. Multiple smoke detectors are installed in the property. Any smoke odor will not be tolerated, and the rental will be canceled with hefty fees.

Many neighbors work very early, so quiet times must be observed to respect them. Quiet times are 10 pm to 7 am.

Property had incomplete construction. Mold in the coffee maker, door did not lock. Very small as it is 2 separate suites in the same basement. Not very quiet, can hear people next door and upstairs.

Clean and mostly quiet
The place was as advertised and Saad was a very responsive host. Clean and quiet most of the time. Young children upstairs could be quite noisy on occasion. The full kitchen was nice and the bathroom is nice. The overall space looks “not quite finished” with missing floor and door trim, some grouting not complete, missing pieces of flooring and walls partially painted. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
