Excellent location for walking around downtown Victoria. Very good breakfast. It’s an older building so water temperature for showers wasn’t consistent and you hear noisy pipes when others are using their bathroom. The tv channels from the guide didn’t work and very limited channels with no access to a guide. No one could help us with this.

Would highly recommend!
Probably one of the best hotel experiences we have had! We upgraded to get a harbour view and a loft. We also asked to have a balcony ahead of time! Well worth it. The location was perfect and the breakfast was wonderful and varied.

The hotel was a convenient location to inner harbour Victoria. We were able to walk to everything that we needed plus it had a good complimentary breakfast. They also had outdoor parking as well as a underground parking garage so parking was very easy

A great location. Just off the Main Street by the harbor. The staff were excellent. They helped with different transportation options (cheap and expensive) to get someplace. Also, helpful with some currency exchange

I booked executive room.. When we got there frontdesk said we had pet so that we cannot get the room.. Point is.. we choose pet friendly and EV charger available hotel and room.. I paid almost $300 However they just gave us regular one king bed instead… My wife was super disappointed and me neither.. It was late and tired so gave up the find another hotel. Frontdesk guy wasnt nice and just keep saying that “I cannot do anything, contact to expedia..” What could I suppose to do?? I almost think not to use expedia anymore..? Cuz it wasnt correct infomm.. Gave us disappointment experience.
