Not worth the price.
This hotel is dirty and moldy. It’s Florida so we expect mold every now and then but this shower was so gross I wouldn’t even shower in it. The AC unit in the room was filthy and the floors in the elevator were water damaged and peeling up. They need to spend less money on Halloween decorations and more money on quality water proof flooring.

very disappointed with breakfast juice machine was down for the 4 days we were there same meal served every day scrambled eggs & sausage no home fries no juice both toasters had one side broken, kids in pool screaming until after 11:30PM won't be returning there in the future

My stay here was good, the facility is clean and well kept. Didn't have the need to interact with staff much except for collecting packages. My only complaint would be that the breakfast isn't good, every single day it's the same thing, there should be at least a little mix in between days. Having a waffle and egg everyday isn't very appealing. Overall i'd give it a 7.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, located beside Old Town plaza. Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Breakfast was average. Lots of food options around the restaurant for take out and dine in.

We just slept there due to going to the parks all day. . Didn’t get to explore the pool area but looked nice. The location was great. The beds are really hard and uncomfortable. Had trouble sleeping. The ice machine was broke in our floor also. The breakfast was pretty typical fur free hotel breakfast

We had a great stay, my only concerns were that my room had a musty smell. I believe it was from the AC leaking water in the carpet. Also there were a lot of ants in the room. Great facilities otherwise, loved the hot tub and pool. Wished that the pizza place and drinks were open for lunch. Delicious breakfast, my son loved the Mickey Mouse waffles. Need to offer water as a drink option with breakfast. I loved that we could walk to many nearby attractions and places to eat. I would stay again as long as the AC doesn’t leak and the ants were under control.

The air conditioning in our room barely worked, it was so humid, and smelled strongly of mildew. The shower floor also didn’t look very well scrubbed, but it could’ve been paint, I didn’t want to look closely enough to tell. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I couldn’t recommend this hotel. The check in staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent, but not worth the condition of the room.
