I had a very unpleasant experience with the service at this hotel. When I checked in on Friday, the receptionist was very serious and unwelcoming, which set a bad tone for my stay. My family’s and I decided to have breakfast at the hotel. I had asked the receptionist Stefani the day before at what time they stopped serving breakfast and she said 9:30 am. However, when we went down at 9:13 am, there was no food, I overheard two other families discussing that there was no hot food, only cereal for the children, but there was no milk.
I went to the Front Desk and asked the receptionist (her name was either Estefani or Estefania, if they were going to bring out more hot food since it was not yet 9:30 am and there were other families left without breakfast. She told me that, by orders of the manager, Edwin they could not bring out more food. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she informed me that the supervisor Mr.Edwin was not there.I then requested to speak to the manager, but she said it would not be possible and refused to provide me with the manager's information. She also accused me of being disrespectful, although I had not raised my voice or used disrespectful language. I simply wanted to provide feedback to the supervisor. The receptionist should be trained to be caring, friendly, and professional, as she displayed a bad attitude and lacked empathy with the customer. It seems that she is not prepared or trained to work with the public. (Front desk with no name tag)
