The property was close to the event we were attending. It appeared recently updated & clean. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. We had an issue in our room after arriving, the night person was apologetic and promptly changed our room! The next morning again the desk clerk was apologetic & was able to secure a room for us at a better rate for our return visit later that week.

Refused to waive puppy fee even though Governor DeSantis had issued a mandate that those seeking shelter during Hurricane Milton should not be required to pay puppy fee. Took advantage of those displaced due by a hurricane

While this is an older Quality Inn & Suites, it is very well-maintained and a fair price. Also, the rooms are very sound-proof. We stay at this hotel in order to evacuate from gulf coast during hurricane Milton. I will definitely stay again if I need to evacuate. While I could not give the hotel a perfect 5 stars on every category, I would recommend it to others for a clean, comfortable stay.

This property was well maintained and located back off the main road. Though the property was dated the management took pride in keeping the facilities contemporary. I would stay again if we are in the area again.

Location is ideal for visiting Osceola Heritage Center. Walking distance to Denny's. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Quiet hotel. Hotel needs updating. Carpet is worn. Ice machine was not working. Did not look at pool or exercise room.

While making coffee the lady rushed over to push the button for me and try to help because they want their “tips.”. I can make my own breakfast at a SELF SERVE breakfast bar. Tips are for waiters/bartenders that ARENT making minimum wage as a way to actually survive. I want to be left alone in the morning. Also please stop using whatever fragrance thing you did in the rooms because it smelled awful the entire time even with the bathroom fan running on repeat. We left a day early and cut our losses.

Awesome staff. Only problem is the housekeeping service. You need to be on top of this or they forget. And we found a dirty paper towel on the bed. But it was too late for complaining and changing rooms .
