Everything was wonderful except for one group of people staying/living there. They would not watch their children in the pool area and we were unable yo enjoy the pool and hot tub due to it.

The bathtub is very slanted and very slippery, every single person in our party of 7 slipped at least once, with myself ending up with a gnarly bruise under my knee. The elevators were shaky and dented in as well as sounded very unsafe. Pretty much everywhere was extremely slick and rarely was there a wet floor sign in sight. Breakfast was disappointing. The waffles were the only good thing and the line for those was ridiculous all morning every morning. They also had extremely limited seating indoors for breakfast. There were no luggage carts anywhere either and the first 3 days we had no housekeeping at all and had to call and ask for extra trashbags and what to do with our trash. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice but everything else was just not great.

The place was honestly great, my only complaint was the hotel alarm went off early in the morning and no staff came out to inform anyone about what was going on. Someone or something set off the alarm and not even an explanation or apology.

This hotel was a nice surprise, hidden right behind one of the main avenues. The room was really spacious for our family stay with a kitchen included and the staff service amazing. I will be back to stay here.

This hotel is great for location to the parks and has great amenities for the price. Staff here were also great and made check-in a breeze!

The pictures do not depict what you are getting upon arrival, deceiving. The building has had a half done reno so to speak. The door entrance to the room, is not sealed properly, critters can get in. The bathroom door looks like someone chewed the botton half of it, covered in bubbles. Shower water pressure was low. Bathtub needed some upgrading. The front desk staff was great. We stayed there for 3 days, had breakfast on our last day. Found that staff watches what guests are eating and limit how much they serve them. To top it off the workers decide to empty the garbage cans that werent even full, right next to eating guest tables. Waving the garbage bags around guests Very unprofessional.

The hotel staff was very nice and the property was clean, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was not very good., but i would stay there again because of the location, the comfort and the great staff
