The shower valve was broken so we couldn't bathe (only burning hot available). The office was closed so there was no cofee etc available in the moening. THe Toilet seat was only fastened with one bolt so it slid almost off when you sat on it. The small couch in the room was really really filthy. Towels seemed new and were fluffy, but without a shower avaiabe, obviously they never had been used LOL!

Disgusting
The most disgusting place ever. In my opinion, this place should be closed down. The door from the inside did not close or lock so we slept with an unlocked door where anyone could walk in. The bathroom was discussing, there was a blood stain on the wall near the toilet. Most of the gas station bathrooms I used were in much better shape. The carpet was in a terrible, terrible shape. Overall the room and the service was terrible. Truly no words to describe how disgusting the place is.

It definitely affordable and its on walking distance. I would not recommend to anyone who are planning to visit with family. Congested parking and they charged extra money for it. IT IS NOT FREE OR INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY. Big whole in Bed, you will end up going to chiropractor. I would highly advice add few extra dollars and get a place somewhere else.

Stayed here for a couple nights. The rooms aren’t exactly the finest but we got what we paid for. What got me was the 10 dollar parking fee. I then asked her why it was asking me to pay 23 dollars and she said oh it’s per night. I think the 300 dollars I already paid them would cover that but I guess not

Located within a 15 minute walk of the Falls, we took a gamble as it was very inexpensive with mixed reviews. We just needed somewhere to sleep as would be out most of the time. The room was tired and would benefit from modernisation but the sheets were clean although stained, the room was clean, there was ample hot water for showers in the morning and staff were friendly. We slept well both nights. If you want modern, fresh, sparkly rooms pay more and go elsewhere but for us, it was very affordable and good enough.

The rooms are all dirty , a lot of garbage under the bed. Doors won’t lock properly and if you don’t book online , they are to charge you more . The area was convenient for going up and down , needs more upgrade

This a rundown property and this is very outdated and not clean. The pillows and blankets are not comfortable at all. I will definitely not going back to this Inn for my next visit in Niagara Falls.

I read reviews about this place before booking, but we are happy that we stayed here. It was a very reasonable price, great location (less than 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and many restaurants and shops in the area). The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I recommend staying here, but the only downside is the $10/day parking fee...in my opinion it should have been free. Other than that, great place to stay.
