Loved our stay. Beautiful area & scenery. Cleaning crew was great except our weekend person, took part of dirty linens & made bed. However, didn’t leave clean ones. Left some there. Had to call housekeeping to get clean towels. The others were great! Plenty of drinks if you drink, very limited menu if you stay awhile. You can order delivery from DoorDash. Our waitress was wonderful. Went for breakfast & Gayle forgot to put our order in! We waited 1.5 hours for our food! Should have walked out, but being diabetic, I needed food! When it came, eggs were burnt, it wasn’t good & we ended up eating outside of resort. They need to expand their menu. All in all I highly recommend this place & I will definitely go back. Just a few lazy people until the boss lady appeared! The shuttle is big plus!

It was a beautiful hotel, very quiet and clean for the most part. We got a king waterfront villa and the bed was not comfortable at all. The beach area was not cleaned the best either, broken bottles, old fast food wrappers, tree debris. For the amount we spent could have been kept up better. But overall a great place to stay!

Hotel was nice but I had to leave early and the hotel couldn’t do any refunds or comps to help me out. Hotel was nice and staff was super awesome. The valet team was the star of the show, they went above and beyond to assist us with the big trucks we had.

Great little resort
Hotel is modern and clean in a great location. We had room 40A which had great views of the Gulf. The room was spacious and well appointed. Only small complaint was that the water pressure could have been better on the shower.

ROACHES!! we killed 10 roaches in the room. They were on the coffee mugs, they were on the floor, in the bathroom sink. Then we saw one coming out of the phone and we shook the phone and roach droppings and roach scales started to fall out the telephone. They did not have another room to change me to in the night and had to leave because I couldn't get my kids back to sleep again. It was disgusting. I did get a refund from the hotel and the manager was apologetic, but this is not what you expect from 4 Star hotel with that price for a room.
