We arrive in early morning, no room available. we kept luggage in hotel and walk around, when we back to check in, the staff already move our luggage to room in 2nd floor w/o elevator, very thoughtful service.

There are lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel, there are just walking fews mins, even the most sightseeing points.

We could walk to all the places we wanted to see. The room was perfect and very clean. The hotel staff was above and beyond. My wife and I could not see everything in two days so we plan on going back for three nights next fall. Cheers

Such a cute place! The location is great — right in the middle of Old Quebec but far enough off the beaten path that it’s quiet. Definitely appreciated that they have their own parking lot. The room was small, but we expected that. The mattress was VERY firm, which was perfect for me, but my husband hated it. If you like soft mattresses, this place might not be for you.

I loved the cleanliness. The room was very charming and had all I needed. Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker, and all basic utensils. If you don’t want to spend lots of money eating out every night, these features are super important. We were able to buy prepared food at a nearby Grocery store and serve ourselves in the room some of the nights. Additionally, the facility had outdoor seating! Me and my partner had lots of fun “eating out” on the balcony 😊 with view to the grape wines ( with a actual grapes 🍇 on it) and all the equally charming buildings surrounding the place. Should I come to Quebec again, this will be the first place I check for availability. No doubt.

This is a nice hotel for the price. Parking is a plus in Quebec. Very clean and pleasant staff. Walking distance to everything. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the room was very, very small and there is no elevator. Carrying luggage up four floors with a tiny staircase was not pleasant.

Explore Old Town
Location was great for exploring the upper town of Old Quebec. Easily walk to everything. Onsite parking is a major perk that we appreciated as it is not easy to park in town. Lack of elevator in old building was a pain due to large suitcase (on a long trip). Carpet a bit worn and rooms a little dated but comfortable. I would stay again mainly for location and parking.

Good spot - very central. Totally appropriate rooms for the price. My original room smelled a lot like smoke and cigarettes. I flagged it for my second night and they changed me to another room. Definitely older building but does the trick.
