Room was clean which is most important to me. Bathroom was nice and shower was very good. The bed was comfortable. Great location to walk around the area. The breakfast is good but the area gets very crowded. We were fortunate to get a parking space at the hotel. I called the hotel right after booking online and got the parking reservation.

The only positive of this hotel was the location, it's near everything. The front staff was extremely rude, not helpful with any questions asked. The hotel is very run down, the shower head refused to stay up, consistently falling down, there wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed, only a flat sheet. And the whole place smelled musky and like cigarettes.

The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working during our stay. The lady was not polite when we checked out and she kept speaking French even she knew that we speak English. I would never choose this hotel anymore.

The parking was so small and their staff parked the car blocking our parking spot, and there were 4 nails sticking out on the pillar that scratched our car when backing out. Room was dirty and no proper cleaning even requested

The place was very expensive for what was offered. The biggest issue was the staff. When I mentioned that there was mold in the shower, their reaction was defensive and did not offer a solution. The other problem with the staff is that they're unwilling to communicate on what is and is not available at the time of check-in. It was not a language issue as I speak both French and English. I think they need some basic understanding of customer support. I would never stay there again, although I would say it is very quiet which I appreciate.

Good location near old town. Complimentary lemon water & coffee at the lobby Friendly staff. The room & bathroom are spacious & clean. The bed is comfortable. Air conditioning works well especially on a very hot day !

The floors had a slimy film and I had to wear flip flops in the room. There was also a leak fr somewhere in the walls. The floors were wet in some areas.
