The tv remote did not work, my daughter would have preferred a smart TV and there seemed to be a piece missing from the hot water pitcher. Apart from these details, it was really a lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful people.

This hotel is more spacious than other hotels in Old Quebec and is newly renovated and clean. The small kitchen has a sink and stove, which is very convenient.

Close to the old city and close to cruise ship docks. Rooms are spacious and clean. The attached restaurant is a winner as well.

The back of the hotel was very noisy with traffic and trucks and a gas station. Couldn’t leave the windows open for fresh air at night. Restaurant Louise attached is excellent but expensive. Lots of good little restaurants, nearby easy walking to the tram up the hill.

Fantastic location with a first rate staff. One should know that there’s a music venue very nearby & construction is currently happening — I do wish they’d informed us - but, all things considered, an excellent room in a perfect location.

Great location. Facilities are a bit older but in good condition. The property is well maintained. We found our room to be very clean and the bed soft and comfortable. A bit expensive but a great location.
