We were rented a condo with a bad hot water heater. They already knew that the hot water heater was bad. They tried to blame it on all the renovations that are going on at the complex. But they knew that the breaker was kicking off.

Bed was fantastic room was free of any trace of sand from previous guests . Quality Breakfast and sunrise on the beach, only complaint is at time of visit main beach access was closed for maintenance and the area to walk around which we were directed to walk through by staff as a short cut to avoid backtracking back around a large distance around the beach was not landscaped to free it of thorns and stickers which was unpleasant to deal with in sandals.

This is my 2nd stay at the Hampton Innom Pensacola Beach. Great location, friendly staff. I did have a maintenence issue my first night, and i was moved into room with a balcony and gulf view. This room was nice, but the AC would occasionally make a very loud noise that would wake you while sleeping. This was frustrating, but i dealt with it for two more nights just so i didnt have to move rooms again.

dog in next room barked from 7am till we left for dinner 5:30 pm, you could hear it out on the beach, we believe it was left in a cage all day while the owners were out. we were there 6 days and it was everyday.

The pool wasn’t cleaned until Tuesday. Monday was a beautiful day but the pool had so many leaves from Sunday. Don’t understand why it wasn’t vacuum. Couldn’t believe that the pool area was not lite up after dark. Would have been nice to go set out there. Otherwise things were nice

The staff was hands-down amazing. The property was beautiful. The continental breakfast had a very wide range selection and change . The negative things about this hotel is the hidden parking fees. It was $16.51 a night for parking. And you can’t smoke on the balcony and if you were caught, it was a $250 fine.
