Convenient Location
The staff is very friendly, the hot breakfast was very good each day, the pool area was very nice, bed was very comfortable, and it's very close to the airport as well as plenty of restaurants and downtown Tampa. The room was a little dated and the floor hadn't been swept well.

The room/apartment was dirty. I mean the mattresses had stains, the box springs had bed bug fecal matter on them, spiders, roaches, dirty bathtubs with bugs in them, and other people’s belongings left in the room/apartment. The worst part not even mentioning the phones were disconnected in the unit; the staff was uninformed about the approaching Hurricane, the worst part is I found a peep hole from the adjacent unit to my unit. An actually botched covered up hole in the wall where you can look into the other unit and see what’s happening in the unit. The management put people out of their units during the hurricane and I witnessed people attempting to gather their things and leave during the hurricane that impacted Tampa back in early August. Called management and asked why were people leaving with heavy rain and wind gusts above 60 mph and she said they didn’t pay for another day even though the Governor issued a state of emergency and issued a shelter in place order. An investigation has been started by Ashley Moody’s AG office and the manager, her staff whose names I was able to gain have been reported. People; I am telling you please for your safety stay away from this place.

Kind people work here. It seems like all employees take pride in their job as the property is older but it is kept up and therefore presentable in its best possible condition in my opinion. Great safe, comfortable, affordable option.

The property was in a really poor condition. The room smelled of Smoke and dampness. The ceiling in the Bathroom in main Bedroom was leaking and the leak is there for a while as there are stains on the floor. This is a horrible property which should have never been rated as 3 star property.

Stayed here for a few days after Hurricane Helene. It's not fancy, but it was a clean, quiet place to stay. Loved the size of the room and the mini-kitchen.

The front desk was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the room was not desired. Found an old pair of panties under the table in the living area. exited the shower and my arm went through the wall, closet did not have doors, where we left our suitcases. After changing room the hotel experienced a fire in building we stayed in (just moved to another unit in the same building) where smoke filled the room. Our belongings smelled like smoke returning home. Power was turned off in building #10. We were moved again for a third time to building #3. This review was no reflection of the front desk staff who were both helpful.
