The room was nice and bed comfortable. Not conveniently located for many places to eat but, was referred to a great Hamburger place within walking distance. No shuttle to airport available but, the front desk did arrange for taxi to pickup for early flight and it was very close to airport. Front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. Nice place to stay and very affordable.

Normally I’d rate them 4 on everything but havimg no elevators to upper floors gets them knocked down. Arrived late at night with llots of large fully packed suitcases for a cruise and lugging them up 2 flights of stairs and then to other end of building where our room was, was a huge negative. Morning staff were very helpful and professional particularly in calling us a cab, was a big plus that almost canceled out the no elevator negative.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no elevator so you had to carry your luggage up to the second floor and the ice maker was out of order but otherwise it was a great hotel! Clean, breakfast was good, the front desk people were great. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who needed a place to stay!

Its hard to review 3 star hotels. I do not expect much from them, it was pretty decent for a 3 star. Bed was comfy, location is pretty good if you are driving, & well breakfast was as bad as most other Canadian hotels.

Lots near the hotel. Restaurants were very good. Plenty of shopping. Room was a nice size with a king size bed that was very comfortable. Quiet area too. Front desk provided me with some recommendations on where to eat and they were bang on. Exactly the items and tastes we were looking for.

It's our first time in Quebec and we really love this Clarion Hotel. It's very accessible to the areas we go every day. The staff are nice and very accommodating to our needs. The room attendants are very cheerful too. We are completely satisfied during our stay and we will surely book this hotel for our next time Quebec City escapade! Thanks Clarion Pointe Hotel!

Loved the hotel overall. Front desk employee was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very busy but well stocked and perfectly adequate. There is no airport shuttle but the front desk arranged a taxi for me that arrived right on time. The only part that was slightly inconvenient is that there are very limited options for dining around. The front desk recommended a restaurant that was about a 5 min walk away. The food was quite good and they even had live music which was fun but the walk was not well lit at night and crossing the road was a little difficult.

This is an excellent hotel with decent breakfast option. Room was clean and spacious. The only concern for me is that the check in should have been more welcoming. Keep someone at the reception who can smile. Overall it's a great hotel.

The hotel was en route on a return trip back to Toronto. Served as a good pitstop. Checkin was quick and friendly. Beds were comfortable, clean washroom and hot showers. Appreciated the newer light fixtures. Plenty of breakfast options
