Welcome! We are proud to introduce you to the beautiful 23 Red Basil located in the Crossings District of the Watercolor community! Centrally located on Highway 395 less than a mile from Highway 30a, this spacious 2500 square foot home with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bath, is ready to accommodate up to 11 people for an amenity loaded beach vacation for the whole family to enjoy!
Upon entry of the home, you will be welcomed by an open concept, well-equipped kitchen that leads into the dining/living area and the first-floor King-Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The kitchen features a Keurig and drip coffee maker, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, an oversized pantry, and wet bar. After cooking your family’s favorite meals, you will find an eight-person dining table with additional seating at the four-seat breakfast bar for you all to enjoy it together! The cozy living room and screened in patio that leads directly to the greenway will be the perfect spot to enjoy your preceding food coma!
After a long day of activities, you’ll be ready to make your way upstairs into the 2nd floor living room centered around find four of the five bedrooms, ready for a blissful rest!

· Grocery trips will be easy with a Publix less than half a mile from the home!
Special Notes:
· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 5 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 5+ years old. Please note, maximum 11 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Per HOA regulations, Golf Carts can only be rented from their exclusive partner, Electric Cart Company. Even when this company is sold out, other company’s carts are strictly prohibited. If you’d like to rent one for your stay, we recommend securing the reservation with them as soon as you possibly can, as they are usually fully booked months in advanced.
· Parking available for only 2 Vehicles on-site. Garage is not for guest use. Additional vehicles will need a parking pass (included in welcome-packet) to park in community visitor spots. Parking can be difficult, please bring the least amount of vehicles as possible.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited. The main renter must be 25 years or older and a 25+ year old chaperone must be present for every four guests under 25. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation of these rules are subject to eviction with no refund.
