Welcome! We are proud to introduce you to the beautiful 23 Red Basil located in the Crossings District of the Watercolor community! Centrally located on Highway 395 less than a mile from Highway 30a, this spacious 2500 square foot home with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bath, is ready to accommodate up to 11 people for an amenity loaded beach vacation for the whole family to enjoy!

Upon entry of the home, you will be welcomed by an open concept, well-equipped kitchen that leads into the dining/living area and the first-floor King-Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The kitchen features a Keurig and drip coffee maker, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, an oversized pantry, and wet bar. After cooking your family’s favorite meals, you will find an eight-person dining table with additional seating at the four-seat breakfast bar for you all to enjoy it together! The cozy living room and screened in patio that leads directly to the greenway will be the perfect spot to enjoy your preceding food coma!

After a long day of activities, you’ll be ready to make your way upstairs into the 2nd floor living room centered around find four of the five bedrooms, ready for a blissful rest!

·        King Master bedroom with TV, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony access

·        King Bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom

·        Bunk room with two custom built triple bunk beds, a flat-screen TV and walk in closet!

·        An additional nook with custom a custom bunk bed, TV and storage.

During your stay be prepared to enjoy:

·        Access to all five Watercolor community pools, including the Dragonfly pool (pictured) less than .25 miles from the home, also a perfect spot for grilling. Don’t forget to check out Camp Watercolor with their amazing lazy river!

·        Grocery trips will be easy with a Publix less than half a mile from the home!

Special Notes:

·        Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 5 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 5+ years old. Please note, maximum 11 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.

·        Per HOA regulations, Golf Carts can only be rented from their exclusive partner, Electric Cart Company. Even when this company is sold out, other company’s carts are strictly prohibited. If you’d like to rent one for your stay, we recommend securing the reservation with them as soon as you possibly can, as they are usually fully booked months in advanced.

·        Parking available for only 2 Vehicles on-site. Garage is not for guest use. Additional vehicles will need a parking pass (included in welcome-packet) to park in community visitor spots. Parking can be difficult, please bring the least amount of vehicles as possible.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited. The main renter must be 25 years or older and a 25+ year old chaperone must be present for every four guests under 25. Super location and so fun with bike rental! Watercolor access was fantastic. Small issues with WiFi and electric on second floor, but not enough to ruin our stay. Hope to be back soon.

Perfect getaway house
This property is well maintained and it was spotless when we arrived. The house is well stocked and has thoughtful extras (ice machine, board games, extra pillows, fan). The only warning is that the top bunk in the bunk room is very close to the ceiling and I wouldn’t recommend having kids sleep up there but only than that the house is perfect for a 30a getaway. Close to everything, easy to get in & out, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this property!

Great property!!
The house was fantastic and beds were so comfortable. A little far from the beach but nothing a short car ride or bike ride did not take care of. Was told by Scenic Stay that there was 6 bikes. When we got there, there were only 5 bikes. I called Scenic Stay. They said the listing says 4. Told her what I was told and she said she would check into it and call me back. Never heard back. Rented the 6th bike. Dishwasher took a little bit of a special touch to get it to run. Outside of just those two little things, our stay was perfect! Would highly recommend this house.

I enjoyed my stay at this quite rental. While it was just me, I do not hesitate to recommend this house for larger groups. I loved the children's bedrooms with the bunk beds. Adorable. Great family and play room upstairs.

We have been coming to Seaside/Watercolor once a year for 22 years to bond with all our children and grandchildren. It’s a very important experience to us. This house was nice and large but had a nonfunctional freezer and a broken step to the screened porch. Everything was clean except the main floor. It was probably swept but not mopped.

Been coming to 30A every summer for 8 years. My family loves staying in Watercolor, I suggest going to the beach club via Western Lake drive instead of 30A because the traffic in Seaside starts early! We enjoyed our stay and management was very responsive to any need.

Nice house with well stocked kitchen. We go every year or so to this area/ and have stayed in many vacation rentals in this area. My only complaint is I wish people would stop listing closet like room s with a bunk bed as a bedroom. It was clearly not a bedroom ; just list it as what it really is. One of the bathrooms had a tub clogged with hair; would not drain. Management was very prompt to fix that problem. We appreciated that. We found the other bunk room with triple bunks cute but the top bunk s would not fit even a seven year old; they would sit up and hit their head on the ceiling. So this made two beds really unusable.and our kids love bunks. We didn’t feel the house could sleep the maximum that it listed. It’s a lovely home though! Kids just slept on the floor!

Great House - a bit far from beach
We have stayed in WaterColor many times over the years but this was our first time in the Crossings section. It was REALLY far from the beach and town center. We loved the house but we definitely will not stay that far away again. The house had super comfortable beds and a great floor plan. The rental company was extremely helpful as well.

Beautiful house. Very responsive & helpful management
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The house is beautifully decorated and updated. We did have a few problems. The upstairs A/C was not working when we arrived. We contacted management and the A/C was fixed that night. We didn’t have WiFi for a few days. It was a little more complicated to resolve, but management was dedicated to giving us access to WiFi. A broken tv remote and a blender without a blade were replaced very quickly. Management always responded quickly and made sure the issues were resolved. We were happy to discover beach towels, bikes, and boogie boards at the house. I definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again!
