The staff was very kind and helpful. The facility itself could use a lot of love and updating especially the flooring and walls. The carpet was very stained and smelled like vomit. The electronic security on the door did not work and you could push through the door if the deadbolt wasn’t on. The room phone also wouldn’t call the front desk. I would not recommend staying here unless you don’t care about cleanliness and just need a place to crash.

The staff were great, the hallway carpeting was disgusting. Room carpet was ok to the eye, room was clean just old. TV cable was out which was upsetting. Elevators really need to be repaired , rusty doors and filthy inside. I wouldn't say here again. I checked out after one night gave up my second night ,non refundable.

The carpets in the hallway (2nd floor) were very dirty. Looked like the hotel was very nice at one time but needs attention now. The bathtub had a large mat that appeared to be covering chips in the finish. The room was nice, but the TV was stuck on a loud setting. The remote did not adjust the volume and even though we have the same brand of TV, the manual button on the TV also would not adjust the volume. Breakfast was not good. Front desk staff was fine

This hotel was nothing short of awful. And that is putting it mildly. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, there was mold and water damage to the hallways that lead into the rooms, the elevator was down most of the time, and absolutely disgusting. The cleaning staff are only authorized to clean your room every three days unless you put in a request 24hrs in advance. The walls are incredibly thin, we weren’t allowed to go to sleep until after midnight most nights from the above room sounding like a party, and we were woken up by the neighbors beside us auguring(using very offensive words), or slamming the door multiple times. The tv volume in our room had one setting, loud! We had to bring our own cleaning supplies, and my husband had to take out our trash. Since the elevator was down, we encountered some very questionable people. We had our three-year-old daughter with us, and we were embarrassed that this was where we chose to spend her birthday weekend. Now the staff were absolutely fabulous! If I could rate on just customer service, everyone on payroll was super friendly and accommodating. They were trying to make a bad situation good, because they are well aware of the horrible conditions the hotel is in, and they deserve better!

The room was in good condition but, the common areas were terrible. The carpet was filthy and stained. The elevator had tape holding the control panel up and looked like there were a hundred spills that never got cleaned! The door keys don’t work!!!!

The landscaping was nice and the surrounding area seemed ok. The building as a whole is outdated and needs lots of upgrades. There was rust in our tub and on the doors. The paint and carpets down the halls were scratched up and stained. We have stayed in several LaQuinta's before that were top tier this is the absolute worst by far. If it hadn't been so late when we got there, we would have went somewhere else. We only slept 6hrs, got up and left. Very dissatisfied.

The pictures online must be from when the hotel was first built decades ago bc it’s disgusting now. Moldy, foul mildew odor, dirty carpet, etc… Then the front desk clerk charged me a higher rate belated l because I arrived late after the morning audit. Mind you I had called in that night to make a special request but they assumed I wasn’t coming and had to rebook my stay which was at a higher rate. I had to wait to speak with a manager the next morning. The morning initially was not going to reimburse the difference until she saw that I had actually been charged twice, for the original reservation and the new one. So she did refund the new one. Overall we’ll never stay at another La Quinta if e we can help it.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in my life. I could have wiped the walls with animal feces and the smell wouldn’t have been any different. I checked out after 5 minutes and didn’t receive a refund from Expedia. Expedia is a scam and the hotel property is only tolerable if you have zero self respect.
