Old building. Elevator was broken down. Noisy from outside and inside. You can hear next door couple arguing. Very cold. No heating unit working. I told reception about no heating unit working when I was checking out, and she said “I know. We haven’t turn on the heating unit on yet. If you told us, we can bring heating unit”. I think those information should be shared before check in. Overall reception ladies are very rude (to other guest). Not enough staff to handle at line up and phone call. Bedding not comfortable too soft and old bed. Looks like family run business, I did not feel a sense of Best Western group

Would be zero stars if i could
This was by far our worst experience of any hotel ever!!! For starters the pool was out of order which we weren't told of until after we booked, we tried yo have dinner at the seasons grill which is apart of the hotel and the waitress was really rude, the beer was served ¼ empty and nothing but foam, and the waitress couldnt remember our order, Last and the worst part is after we get back from a poor experienced dinner we go up to our room to find not only one but TWO blood stains on our bed, went to reception desk lady and kindly asked for a refund and was sent in a complete maze of answers leading us onto receiving back our price of a one night stay, up to this day still nothing and they wont even pick up their calls anymore, very unprofessional and disgusting place would not recommend to anyone who expects a good stay!

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Congestion in the breakfast area, toaster should be apart or out of the line so it doesn't create a bottleneck (or faster toasters). Eggs, ham & potato wedges were very good.

My brother, son and I were in Edmonton for 3 nights. The front desk staff, Harnoon and Alisha were exceptional. The two of them went out of their way to offer every assistance. We had breakfast each morning and the staff were the best I have seen in any Best Western. I appreciated the proper dishes and utensils, at another stay in BW in Abbotsford they had paper plates and wooden utensils, semi good for the environment useless for cutting etc. The rooms were clean, my bathroom ceiling showed water damage and I think things like that shouldn't wait to be fixed. Loved the staff above all.
