DIRTY!! Roaches
HORRIBLE!! I didn’t think it seemed very clean but was woken up to a ROACH crawling on me in bed!!! I screamed & woke my family up. My daughter grabbed toilet paper & flushed it down the toilet !! Won’t be sleeping the rest of the night !! Worse travel experience ever! Thank God I’m a light sleeper & knew I felt something. I’m sick over this

I was stranded because of the storm Debby. Geneil at the front desk, was very accommodating and kind. It was very relieving to interact with someone like her during a stressful time.

The pool was not up and available. The housekeeper did not service my room the second day and I did not leave a do not disturb sign on my door. She just didn't service it. No scrambled eggs on the breakfast menu?? (Boiled eggs). No way, lol

Unpleasant "cleaning fee"for an already dirty room
first, It was a pet friendly hotel and still I needed to pay an extra $100 for "pet cleaning". For the amount of money a I paid in that hotel I could have stay in a Waaaaaaay better place. My pet is the size of a boot and you are telling me you need $100 for cleaning where your carpet stinks and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Also, this is a hotel that is clearly dated, vanity sink is full of mold, cracking on some corners, dated kitchen... Completely unacceptable!! I do say the bed was comfortable.
