The hotel was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience with Yeuri at the front desk was over the top. A shout out to our concierge Javier who helped us with our needs and making the restaurant reservation. Both of them very very attentive. The bartenders at the preferred pool were also great and made the best frozen margaritas.

My stay at Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa was amazing. The whole resort is beautiful and the staff was very attentive. Shout out to Javier who made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my vacation. I am already looking to return to this resort before the year ends.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. Always had to request towels. All the other staff really went above and beyond. Food took a little getting used to, very different. Easy walking access to amenities and beach. Jetblue flights were on time and arrivals were early. Easily rate at a 9 out of 10

Property was very well taken care of. Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only reason for a 4 and not a 5, was the buffett options. Breakfast was great, dinner had lots of options with restaurants on the results which were great. Wish lunch had more options on the buffett such as seafood or meats, salad and fruit options were great. Overall would go back and recommend

Hola debo decir que el hotel es algo maravilloso la verdad es increíble la atención que me dieron y estoy muy agradecido con el mayordomo Javier porque es una persona excelente también estoy agradecido con el manager de recepción Félix y zuleika porque me ayudaron muchísimo a que pueda extender mi habitación y poder disfrutar del hotel hasta el último momento.también estoy agradecido con Manuela la del coco café porque es una muchacha increíble. Realmente la comida en el hotel es muy muy buena la atención es excelente, la limpieza súper y debo decir que mi experiencia fue muy buena en términos generales. Gracias a todos y cada una del personal del hotel por hacer todo esto posible, Gracias!!!

The resort was great from the start. We were upgraded to a preferred room. Our butler Javier was great. Any issues we had he quickly took care of. Every morning he checked in to see if anything we needed for the day. He was great!

We had a great time and the people were super friendly and helpful. Javier checked on us and sent us the events happening at the hotel daily! Victor with Amstar was great booking our excursions and when we had to cancel one bc my son got sick it was no hassle. Also Ionel and the other servers made sure our drinks were always full when we sat by our pool by building 5! The food was good tons of variety and we appreciated the stations for the buffet. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is it does need some updating- the floors in the room are so slippery bc of the tile we had to lay towels down and we had issues with our door the first three days where our key cards weren’t working but they fixed it right away. There should be more places to get towels for the polls and more place to disguard used towels like by the exits of the pool. Overall we were very happy

The property was the prefect size to allow my kids 12 and 14 to roan free to the water slides while we were at the beach. The beach was nice and clean. Bring your snorkeling gear or at least goggles. They have a big reef and there are lots of fish to see. The food was great and lots to choose from everyday.

The place is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the food is amazing. There is plenty to do for water activities with so many pools, lazy river and water slides. The music entertainment in the evenings are fun too. Our concierge, Javier, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Dreams Onyx Resort. From the moment I arrived to the resort until I departed to go home. Javier was in charge of my stay and he did not disappoint me one bit. Javier was very friendly and knowledgeable about the resort. He accommodated me with all my request. I enjoyed my time here and unlike back for a 3rd visit. Thanks Javier!
