Liked that it was Family friendly, kids activities and some friendly staff. Didn’t like - Food quality was poor, cleanliness (dirty sheets, cups at pool had sand in it was not properly washed) rooms are outdated. Lack of staff. Resort should not be 5 stars.

Traveled with 3 kids- 8, 10, and 15. Plenty of entertainment throughout the day. Quick response to toilet not flushing. Never had to leave the resort if we didn’t want to. We came late November and everyday had some rain but still enjoyed the pool and beach!

When I checked in at the hotel, I experienced issues with my reservation (on my end). I contacted Expedia and resolved it, but unfortunately, the front desk agent, Andre, was not helpful at all. He simply pointed out the issue and left with a poor attitude. My check-in took two and a half hours due to the lack of assistance. After traveling for almost 12 hours, with my kids asleep on the couch in the lobby and hungry, Andre showed no concern. His behavior was not reflective of good customer service. As we were leaving and our kids were taking pictures, he was behind us but didn’t say “thank you” for staying or anything else. It was strange and unprofessional. On a more positive note, I want to recognize two front desk agents, Omar and Wefun, who were incredibly helpful and had amazing attitudes. They really turned things around for us. Additionally, Stephanie from the front desk provided exceptional customer service during our checkout. She was so kind, even giving my daughter some toys, and her warm and helpful demeanor left a lasting positive impression. She truly represents the best of your hotel’s service. Please recognize these individuals for their excellent work. I would greatly appreciate it.

We had a great vacation here . Thanks to "animación" team for providing great entertainments for adults and kids. It really made differences. The pools are nice , great beach , nice restaurants, amazing landscaping. They probably need more staff in the buffet during pick time. Overally we are happy with our choice.

The check in was really good and then comes all the bad, the waitresses and waiters were really nasty and believe me I’ve been from the hard rock to the cheapest resorts and never had an experience like that. To make it worse I used to leave them a tip just so they know that I would have left more if they would have taken the time to do a good job. And the other thing is that the resort is huge and you have to walk around all day to get from the beach to the lobby
