Well suited
The property is well maintained and comfortable for four. The area where the property is located has a number of good restaurants and relatively close to downtown area and Stanley Park. Locating the parking spot the first time around can be tricky. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean with clear instructions making checking in and out a breeze. There were many great food options within walking distance as well as a Starbucks and pharmacy for any needs during the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location
While parking was a little snug, it was very safe and secure. The apartment is perfect if you are active, which you should be in a vibrant city like Vancouver. It's literally down the block from the hockey stadium. A lot of quick restaurants, coffee houses, pharmacy, liquor stores, and grocer all within walking distance. This was the perfect place for extended weekend stay in Vancouver.

Cramped Run Down and Dirty - a very disappointing stay
The photos make it appear like it's well taken care of, as do the rules you have to sign about how you need to take good care of it.
Upon arrival, you'll see that this place is run down, and the owner takes no care maintaining it. There are blood stains on the (very old) bedsheets. The baseboards and walls are dirty, and in need of painting. The floor is broken everywhere and coming apart. They've used sticky take to try and hold pieces of the floor together.
The soap dispenser in the bathroom is broken, and clearly has been for some time. The amount of dust/fluff/dirt under the beds is incredible, and shows a lack of thorough cleaning. There was what looked like blood on the bedroom floor. Plates, bowls and cups were also not clean.
The apartment lacks airflow, and is VERY stuffy. It claims to host 8 people, but we had 4 adults and 3 tiny children and it was incredibly cramped. The bunk room contains just the bunk beds, there isn't an inch of room for anything else.
The check in process was difficult. Parking was a nightmare and the garage remote needed taking apart to get the doors to open/close as the battery needed replacing.
This is one of those properties where the owner is trying to squeeze out every last dollar of profit, and invests nothing into maintaining the property to a reasonable standard.
It absolutely baffles me that there are so many good reviews of this place, because none of them match my experience staying here.

Reasonable 3 bedroom in a great location. Was not as clean as we would like. Getting in and out was complicated. We had 7 staying in a place that sleeps 8; but only 2 fobs for entry into the building so you had to stick together. Having said that, it was comfortable and suited our needs well.

Excellent family friendly property
Host is excellent, friendly and super communicative! Check in process is easy if you enter in the codes on the outdoor terminal slowly! Our family enjoyed all the amenities and especially liked the availability of the high chair and pack and play and the property’s shared playroom with toys, they were super handy. The younger kids enjoyed the pool and the whole family liked the proximity to the train station, Rogers arena for the teenager and adult child’s concert and all the eateries and shopping nearby. The bathroom with the sliding door was a bit of a challenge and sticks if you don’t pull it open from the bottom. Our family are looking forward to our next trip to Vancouver and staying here again! 5 stars!!!

Rafaella is Wonderful!
We had a great stay at Rafaella's. She is incredibly prompt and thorough with her responses. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again. I was traveling with my husband, mother and aunt. Regarding the bedrooms, my aunt kindly offered to sleep in the bunk bed room, but she did not find the bed particularly comfortable--that room is probably better for kids than for adults. Other than that, five stars!

We enjoyed our stay in this 3BR 2Ba condo. My two adult daughters appreciated having separate bedrooms.
The best thing was the communication and responsiveness of the manager. We lost the key fob for entry on day 2 unfortunately, but still had access in and out and of the apartment. The host was very gracious. On top of that my daughter left some clothes behind and the host went herself to look for them.
In terms of location, there is easy walking access to multiple areas of the city. There’s a train station 1 block away.
The apartment was clean and well maintained. We didn’t eat here at all so can’t comment on how well stocked the kitchen is.
A parking spot is included if you have a car which was a nice amenity.
Overall we felt this was a safe, clean, well located apartment.

Great Condo

Great Experience
We had a great week in downtown Vancouver. The condo provided easy access to lots of fun experiences--walking distance to many; short Uber ride to others. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing issue when we arrived--nothing that could have been controlled for--but Rafaela could not have handled it more quickly or efficiently. It was fixed within a few hours, and Rafaela checked in with us later to make sure all was okay. Really fantastic service. Also, AC has been added since we originally booked, and this was a welcomed gift! The AC units really made a difference. The unit was very comfortable for 6 of us staying there. I'd highly recommend.

We would return to this property
We were two senior grandparents, one adult and two boys, 10 and 13. We were very comfortable in the winter, had everything we needed, and it was quiet. The building and garage were somewhat difficult to enter but the host provided excellent detailed instructions so entry was not a problem. This property is as advertised and that is well appreciated. We all agreed that we would stay here again

Just right for our visit!
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very conveniently located. We love to walk and could walk to almost all our destinations, especially if you’re going to a Canucks game!

Great location for a concert!
We had friends and family meeting in Vancouver from the Island, Calgary, and California all to see a concert! The location was the ideal place since the venue was only 1/2 a block away. The sounds of the city are minimal with the sounds of the courtyard water features making us all relaxed on the balcony. Pool and hot tub were a great little bonus. The property was clean and up to date with linen and decor. Beds were comfy! Thanx for the stay!

Great location, nice apartment, convenient parking spots
Rafaela’s place is great! The two larger bedrooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The bunk bed room is small - like a large closet, comfortable for two small kids - I had a 9 and 13 year old in there and I believe they’re too big for bunking. Bathrooms are good, but water pressure is low. Shower head in common bathroom needs replacement. This didn’t really hurt our overall opinion of the place.
The biggest factor for us, was there is no air conditioning, which I missed in the property description, and we visited in the summer heat! Rafaela was great about this though … promptly provided two more fans…and we figured out how to keep the space cool between the fans and opening the balcony door early AM/late PM.
