Clean, cozy & well-furnished studio apartment with lots of space with one free secure parking spot. Comfort and peace in a fantastic location. Steps to shopping, cafes & dining along funky Davie Street and beautiful Sunset Beach on English Bay.
One block north is Davie village: an eclectic area anchored by the Independent Grocer Supermarket which is open until 3 am and a 24-hour drug store. Safe at all times, the many small independent ethnic restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops, bars, and lounges draw people to the area all day and late into the night.
Three blocks south are the beach, English Bay, the Seawall and water taxis to the famous market and theatres of Granville Island.
The Downtown business center and Stanley Park are both about a 10-minute walk away. The Aquatic Centre and St Pauls Hospital are also only a few minutes away.

Nice apartment, great location!
The apartment doesn't stand out as luxurious, but it has everything we needed. The kitchen allowed us to buy some groceries to have some meals in, and the space was perfect for a relaxing week away from home. Insulation in the apartment is also really good, as we never heard neighbors or upstairs footsteps/noises, so that's a definite plus. The location was perfect! Walking distance to Stanley Park and dozens of restaurants, and a store a few blocks down the road to buy a compass pass (London Drugs). With the pass, Gastown, Chinatown, UBC, Capilano Park, and many other places are a short ride away. Use the bus route in Google Maps to get anywhere at all -- it'll tell you where to walk and which bus to get on. We would absolutely stay here again if we make another trip to Vancouver.

great location to explore vancouver, private accomodation
We found the location to be absolutely amazing, on a quiet side street but one block from Davie Street which has a lot going on, and a short walk from central downtown! The flat itself is small but has everything you could need, it was clean but not spotless. Easy check in and check out process and the host was very communicative.

Great location and enjoyable stay
We stayed at this condo for about a week when we recently visited Vancouver. The location was very convenient to the beach and bus lines and about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and Stanley Park. The host was very responsive prior to our arrival and checked in after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We had no issues picking up the keys and checking out. The condo itself was cozy, well equipped and a good base for our daily excursions.

Covers the basics
The good things: - good location. Very easy to walk to the ferry to Granville Island, West End, lots of bars and restaurants. Basically easy to walk anywhere you need to go. - free parking. It was really nice to not worry about the car! - Clean bathroom, nice shower The not as great things: - picking up the keys wasn't exactly seamless. I received two different sets of instructions to pick up the keys at two different locations. When I got to the correct location, the pin number given to retrieve the keys was wrong. After a long day of travel, it felt frustrating. - we were instructed to not tell anyone that we were staying at a VRBO. I felt really uncomfortable lying to someone when they straight asked me why I was in the building. - communication from the property manager felt a little unwelcoming: threatening that we will be turned in if we break copyright rules for downloading from the internet, "Respect the neighbors!", "return everything to where you found it, throw all your trash, put your dishes in the sink" - the building itself is a bit dingy. it was really stuffy and hot in there as well. - there was kind of a strange smell to the place when you first walk in. Overall, this was a fine place to stay. No major complaints but it's also not that nice.

Owner helpful and courteous throughout our booking and stay. Checking in and out was ok. Apartment was cosy and there was plenty of hot water. There are handy food shops and places to eat. An enjoyable stay.
