The property is clean and well run. Any issues were handled immediately. The bed was comfortable.There is the convenience of an attached ' White Spot' restaurant and a drugstore a block away.

One Night Stand
Was in town for the John 5 show at the Rickshaw Theater. The Grand Park Hotel offered a great price for a weekend stay .Location was convenient to Grandville strip for late night entertainment .

Not very Grand!
2 switches didn’t do anything, LED light bar behind bed with no switch- had to crawl under bed to unplug, Reading light not working, Food and garbage on floor under bed Holes in wall in bathroom- poorly patched and unpainted- drywall dust all over the room and hallways.
