This was our first time in a Sonder. It was fantastic. I appreciate the 24/7 chat and we even saw several staff with Sonder shirts on while we were there. It seemed more like a very nice apartment as opposed to a hotel. I love that they had Davines toiletries. And, they are very eco friendly. Our bathroom light would sometimes turn off when in the shower, but that was our own fault. Further, they really make things very comfortable and even decorated for the Taylor Swift concert and provided ear protection and chocolates. We would definitely stay in a Sonder again.

This was our first time staying at a Sonder. Honestly, we were nervous at first, but they made the stay very comfortable and incredibly easy. I love the 24/7 chat and the space was very comfortable and had a lot of nice things for a vacation (kitchen, ability to control the temperature, a great patio, etc). It felt almost like a really nice apartment as opposed to a hotel. The location was great as well. The company even did a lot to celebrate the Taylor Swift concert that was in town, which was really nice. The only thing that was a little bit of a nuisance was that we couldnt figure out the bathroom lights which seemed to be on a schedule and would automatically turn off sometimes in the shower. However, we didn't ask about them and it was our own fault.

Really nice property in a good area - lots of dining options and right by the water. Literally our only complaint would be limited seating in the unit itself. A lot of empty space and just two dining chairs. Not a make or break would just be something nice to have (I.e., a couch/lounger)

Great stay, good location
Great place to stay, West End was a nice safe quiet side of Vancouver. Really close to bike rentals, the park and the bay area. The only downside to this stay was the lack of coin laundry. You have to go find one outside. I found one on Davies Street. If there was a shared coin laundry machine, it would be great especially since my stay was almost a week here. The room did have a strange smell but I think it's because you couldn't open the windows on the ground floor. It just permanently smelled like there was pizza in my room.

I love love this property! It's so easy to access to the room, and the room was very clean and stylish, it makes me staying at home. I could really relaxed and had an amazing experience. Also this property located a perfect area for dining, exercising, bar-hopping and shopping. There are beautiful ocean view if you walk a little. If I ever come back to Vancouver, I will definitely stay this hotel again! Thank you so much team Sonder :)

Everything was amazing! So many of the details that add to a comfortable stay were considered and executed. The area was perfect for my needs and the lobby and essentials closet were clean and accessible. The room itself was clean and well thought out. I loved opening the patio door and getting a fresh breeze and hearing the birds. I can’t wait to stay again.
