We were there during Hurricane Helene so staff was a little stretched, but friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy, furniture a little dated. There was a leak in the bathroom sink which dripped all over the towels stored underneath. Maintenance put a container under it. That was fine considering they were short staffed. TV was small and cable was streaky.

It was during hurricane Helene so the staff did the best they could under the circumstances. Our bathroom sink leaked all over the towel shelf underneath it. We had to put a container there to catch the water. The TV was small and the cable was streaky. Beds were comfy.

Only stay here if no other hotels are available or you can't afford something better. For this hotel to be by Wyndham is horrible. Its like a motel. No lights in the hallway to see where your walking or to even see your room number. The room smelled like a pool. The ceiling above the shower and walls were wet. Pieces of the ceiling fell on to the floor. Told front desk and they just said okay. Like they're used to it.

Roaches! If you have food, make sure you have it in the fridge and the door closed! Ive never been to a Ramada that was well taken care of. Cracks all over the wall and the front door frame, bugs and other nasty creatures crawling around. Hallways were way to dim or dark, elevator appeared to be falling a part. Ill go to a competitor next time around. Ramada needs to reinvent there design for a better, updated hotel.

First of all the rate on hotel.com is $108 per night and it was reserved but they charged me $158 instead, i tried to explain but they act like they dont know what i was talking about, second was other people was trying to get in our room, they had the room key but i had put the chain, me and my son got startled so didnt get no sleep from 2am til we checked out and i tried to complain and yhey said it was a glitch on the computer, third was the sink is clogged up and one of the housekeepers said they know, i mean ok then seems like its gonna be like that...bad experience total rate
