The parking lot for the hotel is very confusing. The elevator to the parking lot was out of service which meant using the stairs. The escalator was also out of service for a while. The employee who was exceptional was Adam in the hotel restaurant. He was a delight!

Felt like the bedsheets were not changed. Even found a stain on the pillow. Made sleeping uncomfortable knowing there was a chance it wasn’t changed. Besides that, everything else was fine for the rated hotel and price I suppose. Not my first time staying here so I was a little shocked… Ive stayed in a double bed room before and it was better. Maybe the double bed rooms are better than the King bed rooms.

Just about everything was so fantastic we are determined to make this hotel our go to. Honestly just little things, I found the bathtub to be in need of some maintenance. It was looking worn down, old and faded/chipped. The rooms are on the small side, but manageable and I understand they are trying to be pro environment, but the mini fridge was quite mini, especially for 3-4 people. The biggest great take away is the service was excellent. The neighbourhood and surrounding amenities were top notch. Everything we ever needed and more were right there including public transport. So many amazing shops around and the people are so polite. You feel safe and know it's safe when you can walk out at any time. Also love that most stores were open until 1am or later or 24 hours.
